These reports aim to monitor student performance and provide feedback that helps continuous improvement in their journey with the Holy Quran.
These reports are sent to the student or guardian (for those under 18) through approved communication channels. These reports are considered private and confidential information and are not shared with any external party without explicit consent.

Learning Environment
Al-Amal Academy is committed to providing an integrated educational environment that combines educational and spiritual aspects, in line with the Book of Allah. We strive for this environment to be based on tranquility, mutual respect, and continuous encouragement, so that the student feels accepted and supported in their educational journey.
Al-Amal Academy is committed to applying educational and pedagogical principles that consider individual differences among students, and provides appropriate means for different learning styles, whether auditory, visual, or interactive. We believe that effective learning only occurs in an environment characterized by discipline, order, and refined communication between students and teachers.
The Academy also closely monitors interaction within classes and intervenes when needed to provide educational support or necessary guidance, emphasizing the importance of active partnership between teacher, student, and guardian to ensure a stable and successful educational environment.
Al-Amal Academy provides teachers with specialized academic backgrounds, many of whom hold degrees in Islamic Studies or Arabic Language, in addition to accredited certifications in the Holy Quran and Tajweed. They also have experience in online teaching, ensuring accurate and interactive education suitable for all ages and levels.
Special Educational Needs Support Policy
Based on Al-Amal Academy's mission to spread Quran education to everyone, the Academy is committed to providing an inclusive educational environment that considers the needs of students with learning difficulties such as: speech difficulties, communication disorders, autism spectrum conditions, hyperactivity or attention deficit, and other conditions that may require special educational care.
This policy is implemented through the following:
- Using flexible and simplified teaching methods that suit individual differences.
- Training teachers on skills for dealing with these groups with respect, patience, and understanding.
- Providing individual sessions or small groups for those who need them.
- Continuous communication with parents to follow up on progress and exchange educational observations.
- Modifying content or assessment methods to suit the student's abilities without compromising learning objectives.
Lesson Etiquette
All students at Al-Amal Academy, both students and guardians, are expected to adhere to the etiquette of the Quranic gathering, including good listening, respecting the teacher and peers, adhering to attendance times, and avoiding anything that may disrupt the flow of the session or negatively affect others.
In case of any behavior that disrupts the class order or contradicts the educational values adopted within Al-Amal Academy, the administration reserves the right to take appropriate measures starting with a friendly warning, then official guidance, and may extend to temporary suspension from attendance or termination of registration in repeated or serious violation cases.
These procedures aim to protect the educational environment and ensure the right of all students to learn in peace and respect.
Unacceptable behaviors within the learning environment include:
- Speaking during the teacher's explanation without permission.
- Using inappropriate tone or unsuitable language.
- Deliberate disruption or repeated interruption.
- Continuous tardiness or withdrawal from the session without excuse.
- Recording or photographing sessions without official permission.
- Neglecting homework or deliberately negative interaction.
- Attending classes in modest clothing appropriate to the sanctity of what is being learned.
These behaviors are treated seriously, and appropriate measures are taken to preserve the dignity of the Quranic gathering and the right of peers to learn.
Attendance Rules
Punctuality is a sign of seriousness and mutual respect. Makeup opportunities for excused absences may be granted at the administration's discretion.
For Students
- Regular attendance is essential for continuing the course, and absence rate must not exceed 20% of the total sessions without an acceptable excuse.
- Students must attend on time, and repeated tardiness (more than 10 minutes) is considered a violation of class rules. If late by 15 minutes, entry is not permitted.
- The administration or teacher must be notified in advance in case of absence, especially for absences of more than one day.
- If the teacher is late for class by more than 5 minutes, the student should notify the supervisor.
- Unexcused absence may result in denial of certificate or final assessment and may require retaking the course.
For Teachers
- Teachers must attend on time and start the lesson without delay.
- In case of emergency, the administration must be informed well before the session time, and an alternative appointment must be coordinated.
- Commitment to the predetermined number of sessions while maintaining performance quality and interaction is required.
Monthly Hours
Study hours are determined based on the type of course and educational level, considering the student's ability to comprehend and commit.
Al-Amal Academy commits to the following:
- Weekly sessions range from 2 to 6 sessions, depending on the nature of the course (foundation β Tajweed β memorization β Qira'at, etc.).
- Each session duration ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the age group and scientific content.
- Additional review time can be allocated when needed, in coordination with the teacher's schedule.
- Study times are varied to suit different students, with the possibility of studying in morning or evening periods.
- Regular attendance of scheduled hours is required to fully benefit from the program and obtain the certificate.
Makeup Classes
Al-Amal Academy is keen to enable students to complete their educational journey regularly, and therefore a clear policy has been established to compensate for missed lessons.
For Students
- Students are entitled to make up sessions in case of absence with an acceptable excuse (illness, emergency...), provided the administration is notified 2 hours before the absence time.
- Sessions missed without excuse or prior notice will not be compensated.
- No more than two lessons can be compensated and will be counted for the teacher.
- Compensation requests should not be repeated in a way that disrupts the group's system or the teacher's time.
For Teachers
- If the teacher is absent with an excuse, the session will be rescheduled in coordination with the administration and students.
- The session is not considered canceled but postponed, and the makeup appointment is determined within a week of the absence date.
- The teacher must notify the administration in advance, and the session must be made up at a suitable time without affecting the overall course plan.
Holidays & Official Vacations
- Students are allowed to request temporary leave for acceptable reasons (such as travel, illness, family circumstances) with the necessity of notifying the administration in advance.
- Leave is approved if it does not exceed two consecutive weeks, and the student has the right to return to the course after coordination.
- If the student is absent for more than two weeks without communication, their membership is considered frozen, and the Academy has the right to suspend them.
- Al-Amal Academy commits to suspending classes during official holidays (Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fitr).
- During Ramadan, the class schedule may be adjusted to suit fasting and worship times.
Payment Method
- Registration and course fees are predetermined according to the nature of the program (foundation, Tajweed, memorization, Qira'at...).
- Payment is made every four weeks and renewed after completion.
- Fees are paid through available methods such as: PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, or bank transfer.
- Payment must be completed before the course starts or at the beginning of each academic month. Delayed payment without excuse is grounds for temporarily suspending student attendance until settlement.
- Discounts are offered for siblings or groups registering together, according to Academy policy.
- Students are not allowed to discuss payment details with the teacher because if the teacher leaves the Academy, Al-Amal Academy will not be responsible for that.
Refund Policy
To ensure transparency and protect the rights of all parties, Al-Amal Academy commits to the following policy regarding fee refunds:
- If the student wishes to stop classes, a full refund will be issued for sessions that have not been delivered.
- You should notify the administration with sufficient time (3 days before departure) so that the number of due sessions can be reviewed and all data verified.
- If the student wishes to temporarily stop lessons, the due fees will be refunded, and upon return, they can pay again and resume studying.
Gifts
Al-Amal Academy offers the possibility of gifting educational courses to friends or relatives as a way of spreading goodness and knowledge.
Following the hadith of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the rewards of those who follow him, without that diminishing their rewards in any way."
According to the following guidelines:
- Anyone can purchase a course as a gift for others, whether relatives or friends, through a gift voucher.
- The Academy issues an electronic card or registration code in the name of the recipient student.
- The course can be chosen at the time of purchase or the option can be left for the recipient to choose what suits them later.
- Course type changes are allowed after coordination with the administration, with payment of any difference if applicable.
