Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Al-Amal Academy's website, platform, and live tutoring services (the "Services"). By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our Services
Al-Amal Academy provides live, teacher-led online instruction in Quran, Tajweed, and Arabic. Lessons are delivered in real time by qualified instructors and coordinated by supervisors. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.
Eligibility & Accounts
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. Learners under 18 must be registered and supervised by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Enrollment, Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions and lesson packages are billed in advance through our payment provider. Attendance, make-up lessons, monthly hours, and refunds are governed by the policies set out on our Privacy & Policies page, which form part of these Terms. By enrolling, you agree to those policies.
Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to treat instructors, staff, and fellow learners with respect, to attend lessons punctually, and to maintain an appropriate learning environment. You may not record, redistribute, or share lesson sessions or materials without prior permission, nor use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, branding, and software provided through the Services are owned by Al-Amal Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them solely for your own learning.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality, reliable instruction, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific learning outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al-Amal Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Al-Amal Academy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
